个人简介

赵来平，天津大学智能与计算学部教授、英才教授、博士生导师，软件学院副院长。国家级青年人才。隶属于天津大学智能与计算学部主任李克秋教授领衔的天津市先进网络技术与应用重点实验室（TankLab），同时任职 CCF体系结构专委、系统软件专委执行委员。

他当前的研究领域包括智能计算系统和操作系统。已在计算系统领域的重要期刊和会议上发表论文50余篇，包括ASPLOS、SC、TOCS、ATC、EuroSys等系统领域顶会顶刊，代表天津大学实现在ASPLOS、HPCA、ATC、EuroSys、HPDC等国际顶级会议的首次突破。授权国家发明专利30余件，主持国家级青年人才项目、国家重点研发计划课题、省级重大专项等项目10余项。

他的研究获得了多项重要奖项，包括高性能计算顶会SC'21（CCF-A）最佳论文提名、ICPADS'22最佳论文奖、IFIP NPC'24最佳论文奖、AINA'12最佳学生论文奖等。其研究成果《软件定义的云计算资源管理平台》荣获2021年天津市科技进步特等奖。

他是天津大学OpenHarmony俱乐部的主席，组织教师和学生开展产学研合作，相关成果应用于天津大学多项课程。指导的学生团队围绕操作系统相关技术开展工作并参加高水平比赛，陆续获得了"挑战杯"全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛全国特等奖（2024、2025）、研究生开源操作系统大赛全国一等奖（2025）、全国大学生计算机系统能力大赛-操作系统设计赛国家二等奖（2024）、中国国际"互联网+“大学生创新创业大赛天津市金奖（2023）等奖项。
